This is a follow-up to an earlier post. But this time I am pointing at myself.
The apostle Paul had nice problem. He had trouble finding a place to preach. On several occasions he mentioned other preachers, all vying for the same territory – and displaying ungodly competitiveness.
Sad that the same problem exists today – not only for preachers but also for musicians, ushers, Sunday-school superintendents. This also God’s problem. He has a solution. Could it be one of these?
- Remember that if the other party follows Jesus that makes us brothers in Christ.
- No one person or entity has the right to play God.
- There is plenty of opportunity left to evangelize. God will usher in the 2nd coming when HE is satisfied that the job is done.
